I’m so excited and honored to be featured in this summit alongside other inspiring entrepreneurs! I’ll be sharing one key game-changing tool I’ve used to build my business (and how you can use it, too), and the unfiltered story about what it really took to successfully strike out on my own.

One of the most misunderstood topics in perimenopause and menopause is progesterone intolerance — and it’s not always because women are sensitive.

A huge thank-you to Laura for sharing that she reversed her progesterone intolerance by removing certain foods — because emerging research supports this 👇

Here’s what the science shows:
• Diet influences how progesterone is metabolized by the liver
• High refined-carb or insulin-spiking diets can slow progesterone clearance, making symptoms worse
• Inflammatory or unbalanced diets may affect progesterone receptor sensitivity, not just hormone levels
• Micronutrients (like selenium, beta-carotene, and adequate protein quality) play a role in progesterone production and signaling
• Diets that stabilize blood sugar and inflammation — like the Mediterranean diet — are linked to healthier hormone balance and fewer hormone-related symptoms

Translation:
If progesterone made you anxious, bloated, depressed, or unable to sleep — it doesn’t automatically mean progesterone “isn’t for you.”

It may mean your metabolism, gut, liver, or nutrient status needed support first.

This is why one-size-fits-all hormone advice fails women in midlife.

Your body isn’t broken.
Your symptoms are information.

And sometimes, food is part of the solution.
