تتيح الدورة للممرضين والممرضات الإماراتيين ممن لديهم خبرة لا تقل عن عام واحد في الممارسة السريرية، فرصة تطبيقية لتطوير مهاراتهم في التحقيق في الحوادث وتحسين الجودة.

من خلال العمل الجماعي التفاعلي، سيتعرّف المشاركون على تحليل السبب الجذري وتقنية الأسباب الخمسة، وتحليل مخطط عظم السمكة المعروف بمخطط إيشيكاوا الذي يعتبر أداة فعالة لتحليل المشكلات وفهم أسبابها بالتفصيل، ومنهجية PDCAأو ما يعرف بدورة ديمنج التي تعكس إطار عمل يهدف إلى تحسين العمليات، والمنتجات، والخدمات باستمرار، وأسلوب التواصل SBAR الذي يعتبر أداة تواصل مقننة وفعالة تُستخدم بشكل أساسي في القطاع الصحي، إلى جانب اتباع نهج استباقي للتعلّم من الحوادث السريرية.

Strengthening clinical practice starts with understanding how we learn from incidents.
The Incident Investigation & Quality Improvement course offers Emirati nurses with at least one year of clinical practice experience a hands-on opportunity to develop practical skills in incident investigation and quality improvement.

Through interactive group work, participants will learn how to identify the underlying causes of clinical incidents using Root Cause Analysis and the 5 Whys technique, organise contributing factors using Fishbone (Ishikawa) Analysis, and apply PDCA to design, test and measure corrective action plans. The workshop will also cover presenting investigation findings and improvement plans to leadership using SBAR, while promoting a proactive, non-punitive and system-focused approach to learning from incidents.

نجح مستشفى ياس كلينك مدينة خليفة، بالتعاون مع مركز أبوظبي للخلايا الجذعية، في إجراء زراعة نخاع عظم عاجلة لطفل يبلغ من العمر عامين مصاب بمتلازمة فرط الغلوبولين المناعي M النادرة.

وكانت والدة الطفل المتبرعة بتطابق نصفي، لتمنحه فرصة جديدة للحياة.

إنجاز طبي جديد يعكس تكامل الخبرات المتقدمة بين ياس كلينك مدينة خليفة ومركز أبوظبي للخلايا الجذعية.

Yas Clinic Khalifa City, in partnership with Abu Dhabi Stem Cells Center (ADSCC), successfully performed an urgent bone marrow transplant for a two-year-old diagnosed with the rare Hyper-IgM Syndrome.

His mother became his half-matched donor, giving him a new chance at life.

Another medical achievement reflecting the advanced expertise and collaboration between Yas Clinic Khalifa City and Abu Dhabi Stem Cells Center.
