استقبل الإسعاف الوطني، التابع للهيئة الاتحادية للإسعاف والدفاع المدني، وفداً من قيادة الحرس الوطني في المقر الرئيس الجديد للإسعاف الوطني في أبوظبي، حيث زار الوفد عدداً من المرافق الحيوية، شملت مركز اتصال الإسعاف، ومركز التدريب بمرافقه المختلفة، واطلع على أحدث التقنيات وتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في مراكز العمليات والاستجابة الإسعافية، إلى جانب تطبيقاته في مجالات التدريب، بما يعزز الجاهزية وكفاءة تقديم الخدمات الإسعافية.

National Ambulance, part of the Federal Authority for Ambulance and Civil Defence, welcomed a delegation from the National Guard Command to its new headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

During the visit, the delegation toured several key facilities, including the Ambulance Communication Centre and the Training Centre and its various training rooms. The delegation was also briefed on the latest technologies and the use of artificial intelligence across ambulance operations and emergency response, as well as its applications in training, contributing to enhanced readiness and greater efficiency in the delivery of ambulance services. .

أطلق الإسعاف الوطني النسخة المطورة من نظام إدارة البلاغات في مركز اتصال الإسعاف، في خطوة تعكس التزامه المستمر بالابتكار والتحول الرقمي وتبني أحدث التقنيات الداعمة للعمليات الإسعافية. ويضم النظام مزايا متقدمة تشمل الأتمتة والخرائط الذكية والتحديثات اللحظية، إلى جانب توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي لدعم اتخاذ القرار وتصنيف البلاغات، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة العمليات وتعزيز جودة الخدمات الإسعافية.

National Ambulance has launched the upgraded Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system at its Ambulance Communication Centre, marking another milestone in its ongoing commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and the adoption of advanced technologies that strengthen emergency medical operations.

The enhanced system introduces advanced capabilities, including automation, smart mapping, and real-time updates, alongside artificial intelligence to support decision-making and incident prioritisation. These enhancements improve operational efficiency, streamline dispatch processes, and further enhance the quality of emergency medical services.

في إطار الجهود المستمرة للإسعاف الوطني لتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي ونشر ثقافة السلامة والاستعداد للطوارئ، شارك الإسعاف الوطني في البرنامج الصيفي لحكومة عجمان ضمن دورة «أصدقاء الدفاع المدني»، حيث قدّم ورشة للأطفال حول الإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي، بمشاركة عدد من أعضاء مجلس شباب الإسعاف الوطني، بهدف تنمية المهارات الأساسية المنقذة للحياة وترسيخ مفاهيم السلامة لدى الأجيال الناشئة.

As part of National Ambulance’s ongoing efforts to enhance community awareness and promote a culture of safety and emergency preparedness, National Ambulance participated in the Ajman Government Summer Program’s “Civil Defense Friends” course, delivering a First Aid and CPR workshop for children, with the participation of members of the National Ambulance Youth Council. The workshop aimed to develop essential lifesaving skills and strengthen safety awareness among younger generations.
