Over 4 sessions, you will learn about the physiology of childbirth; the ch

oices that are available to you during childbirth, and simple but effective hypnotherapy techniques to facilitate a calm, relaxed birth.

KG Hypnobirthing is a complete antenatal programme that is simple and logical. It is centered on releasing fear and building confidence in the birthing process.



You will explore & learn relaxation techniques to use throughout your pregnancy and birth, more than breathing and visualization practices, you will learn about the physiology of birth and how your mind and body works together to help you achieve a more comfortable and relaxed birth.



You will discover how the medical system works and increase your confidence to ask your health care professionals questions regarding the care you receive. Therefor gaining knowledge so you can achieve the birth you want!



Join Amy and arm yourself with an invaluable toolkit in your journey towards motherhood.



Dates: Tuesdays 27 Oct, 2 Nov, 9 Nov, 16 Nov, 23 Nov
