I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University (UK) in 2007. For the first 5 years after graduating I worked in two clinics in Oxford; an Osteopathy and sports injury clinic and a holistic multi-disciplinary clinic alongside an acupuncturist, nutritionist and counsellor. At the same time I ran my own weekly clinic at Oxford University treating the students, lecturers and administrative staff. In 2012 I moved to Scotland where I worked at an NHS General Practice. Here, I worked alongside doctors, nurses, health visitors and midwives often getting referrals from them. I really love the variety of the job and the satisfaction of making people feel better is what I enjoy the most. No two patients are the same, and no two treatments are the same, which ensures an individual tailor-made approach for each patient. My particular interest in treating the ‘every-day patient’. This ranges from, the new mother who is tired and stressed with an aching mid-back from feeding all night, the office worker who spends hours in front of a screen and gets postural associated shoulder and neck pain, to the sportsman who has a chronic hamstring injury who needs regular treatment to continue the sport they love. I am HAAD licensed and a member of the General Osteopathic Council in the United Kingdom since 2007. Here in the UAE I am a member of the Emirates Osteopathic Association.
