A "mild pull" can quickly become a "complete tear" if you don't act fast. Follow the R.I.C.E. method:

🛌 Rest: Stop activity immediately to prevent further damage.

❄️ Ice: Apply ice to reduce swelling and sharp pain.

🩹 Compression & Elevation: Support the muscle and keep it raised.

✅ Professional Advice: Bruising and significant loss of function usually indicate a Grade 2 or 3 strain—seek medical help if you can't move the area.

🚩 Signs: Watch for dizziness, confusion, and sensitivity to light.

🚑 Call 998: Seek help for seizures, slurred speech, or repeated vomiting.

🛌 Recovery: Both physical and cognitive rest are key to healing.
