Anzin Saifudeen, MSHIM, CDIP, CPC, CCS, is a healthcare coding and compliance professional with experience in the revenue cycle industry, including clinical documentation integrity (CDI), coding operations, and compliance. He serves as vice president of the AAPC Kerala/Kochi Local Chapter, India where he contributes to educational webinars and training initiatives for the coding community.
He currently serves as director of HIM – coding and compliance at RSB Healthcare Consulting LLC, an AI-powered healthcare solutions company based in Revere, Massachusetts, where he oversees coding operations, compliance strategy, and AI governance.
In addition to his HIM expertise, Anzin has experience in AI engineering, cybersecurity, and digital forensic investigation within healthcare, supporting areas such as data security, fraud detection, and digital health governance.
Anzin holds a master’s degree in health information management from a CAHIIM-accredited university in the United States. He has also held roles within government healthcare organizations in the Middle East, with experience in Australian Coding Standards (ACS) and ICD-10-AM.
Outside of work, Anzin is passionate about fitness. A retired national-level boxing gold medalist and powerlifter, he continues to prioritize health and discipline as part of his lifestyle.
