إجراء منظار جراحي للركبة اليمنى لعلاج إصابة الغضروف الهلالي، حيث تم اتخاذ القرار الجراحي أثناء العملية بين إصلاح الغضروف الهلالي أو الاستئصال الجزئي للغضروف الهلالي بناءً على النتائج التي تم تقييمها أثناء المنظار، وذلك بهدف تحقيق أفضل نتيجة وظيفية ممكنة للمريض والحفاظ على وظيفة الركبة قدر الإمكان

Complex right knee arthroscopy performed for meniscal injury management, where the surgical decision was made between meniscal repair and partial meniscectomy based on intraoperative findings to achieve the best functional outcome for the patient
