A myomectomy is a surgery that removes fibroids while preserving the uterus ๐Ÿฆ‹

How itโ€™s performed depends on the size, number and location of the fibroids. Most can be removed with a minimally invasive approach, though open surgery may sometimes be the safest option for very large or multiple fibroids.
