šŸ’« You’ve almost made it to half term. But are you actually going to stop?

I’m guessing a lot of you are more than ready for the break but when you’re juggling work, family and everything else, switching off isn’t always as easy as it sounds.

So I thought I’d offer something a little different over half term.

If you’ve been thinking about coaching but aren’t sure whether it’s for you, why not come and have a chat with me?

ā˜•ļø We can meet for a coffee if you’re in Abu Dhabi
šŸ’» Or have a chat online if that’s easier.

Just 30 minutes to talk about you. Where you are, what’s going on, and whether coaching could be useful.

You don’t need a specific goal. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on.

And if you decide coaching isn’t for you, that’s absolutely fine too.

Fancy a coffee and a chat over half term?

Drop me a DM. ā˜•ļø

Happy World Teachers’ Day šŸ’—

Today is about celebrating the women (and men!) working in education who spend their days teaching, supporting and inspiring our children.

You give so much.

So today, I thought I’d give something back.

One hour that’s all about you.

I’m offering 3 complimentary, confidential coaching sessions for women working in education.

Maybe you want to:

✨ Feel more on top of work and life
✨ Build your confidence
✨ Work out what you want next

Whatever you bring, this is one hour focused entirely on you.

A chance to pause, talk things through and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more energised.

Want one? DM me ā€œCOACHINGā€ šŸ’—

And thank you šŸ™

šŸ’« We think nothing of having a personal trainer for our fitness, a mentor for our career or a nutritionist for our health.

But having a coach for ourselves? That can feel a bit strange.

Yet coaching can help with so many things:

✨ Making a decision you’ve been going round in circles about.
✨ Creating a better balance.
✨ Building confidence.
✨ Setting boundaries without guilt.
✨ Making yourself a priority.
✨ Working out what YOU actually want for the future.
✨ Getting out of your own head and finally taking action.

That’s coaching.

You don’t need to be in crisis. You don’t need to have a problem to fix. And you don’t need to be a CEO.

You can simply be a woman who knows she wants something to change, or wants more from life.

We’re very good at investing in everyone and everything around us. Perhaps it’s time we got a little better at investing in ourselves.

šŸ’« Q4.

I’ve never really thought in quarters before, but apparently that’s what you do when you’re in business.

So, 1 October. A new quarter. And I’m in England, which means I’m very happily back in one of my favourite times of year.

Crisp mornings, cold air, blue skies and all the colours changing. There’s something about autumn that I just love. It feels fresh and invigorating, like a little reset.

And it got me thinking about change.

Maybe there’s something you’ve been thinking about changing for a while.

You know you want something different, but there’s always a reason to wait. Work is busy. The timing isn’t right. There are other people to think about. You’ll do it when things settle down.

Or perhaps it’s not really any of those things.

Perhaps it’s the self-doubt. The uncertainty. The quiet thought of people like me don’t do things like this.

So, what would you like to have changed by the end of the year?

And if you already know the answer, perhaps the better question is -

What’s stopping you?? šŸ¤”

This is the kind of coaching moment that gives me goosebumps.

A client setting up her own business was struggling to put herself out there around people she saw as more experienced, knowledgeable or powerful.

We explored it together, and she chose to put herself in situations that felt intimidating.

When we met again, she shared what she’d realised:

Everyone has something different to bring to the table. Others may have more experience or knowledge, but she has her own strengths too.

ā€œWe’re all on a level playing field.ā€

That shift helped her feel more confident approaching the people she needed to speak to as she built her business.

This is why I love coaching. Sometimes, it’s the belief underneath the practical task that needs to shift and when it does, new possibilities open up. šŸ’«

If you’re holding back from putting yourself out there, book a coaching call with me today. Send me a message and we’ll talk about what’s getting in your way and how coaching could help.

Well, this has only taken me about a year longer than it should have…

My business cards have finally arrived!

A little imposter syndrome may have played a part in the delay, and despite having approved hundreds of proofs over the years, I somehow missed that the contact details are a little on the small side. šŸ™ˆ

Still, they’re here and I love them.

And if you’ve ever wondered about the butterfly, it represents growth, change and transformation. That idea of metamorphosis, growing, changing and eventually spreading your wings as you step into what’s next.

Something that feels very personal to me, and very relevant to the women I work with.

And yes, there was always going to be pink. šŸ’•

šŸ’« One of the absolute joys of getting older is caring less about what people think.

Not that you suddenly stop caring about people, or never worry about what anyone says.

But your tolerance for certain things starts to disappear.

The people pleasing.

The overthinking.

The need to explain yourself.

The worrying about whether you’re doing the ā€˜right’ thing.

Things that once felt really important somehow start to feel… less important.

Maybe it’s because you know yourself a little better.

Maybe it’s because you realise that time is precious.

Or maybe you simply become more comfortable with who you are.

I’m not sure it really is about not caring what people think.

Maybe it’s about caring a little more about what YOU think.

And if you’re tolerating less and ready for more of you šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø drop me a DM.

šŸ’« After an insanely busy week what better way to spend a Friday morning than catching up with the fabulous Nicole Regan- White.

Being your own business is brilliant but can also be a bit lonely at times, so it’s always lovely to sit down with someone who gets it and more.

Chatting through ideas, sharing experiences, bouncing things around, sharing expertise and having a good old bit of girl power!

Women supporting women. I love it.

And actually, that’s one of the things I love most about what I do. Lifting women up, helping them believe in themselves and giving them the space to create a life that’s just them.

There’s really no need to compete. There’s room for all of us šŸ’•

šŸ’« When T came to work with me, she was stuck.

Successful career. Breadwinner. Proud mum. Daughter heading to university.

Yet she couldn’t seem to move forward.
She had read every psychology and self-help book going. She talked about ChatGPT like an old friend šŸ˜‚ and seemed to have a new plan every day.

But the more she thought, the more overwhelmed she became. So she did nothing.

What she eventually realised was that she didn’t really know what mattered to her anymore.

She needed space to focus on HER.
To untangle the noise.
To challenge her thinking.
And to work out what she actually wanted.

And then things started to shift.

Her confidence grew. She started taking small steps towards a side hustle she’d once dreamed about. She began prioritising what mattered. And she started making decisions without being so afraid of getting them wrong.

Sometimes you’re not stuck because you need another plan.

You just need some space to figure out which plan is actually yours.

If you’ve been circling the same ideas for the millionth time, send me a DM or book a chat through the link in my bio.
