Endometriosis is not cancer.
Even though endometriosis can spread to different areas of the pelvis and may affect organs beyond the uterus, it is not a cancerous disease.
However, it can cause severe pain, heavy periods, painful in*******se, and fertility problems. Don’t ignore persistent symptoms or continue to suffer in silence.
Get evaluated and discuss the right treatment options with a gynecologist.

Does a postpartum belt help with weight loss?

Not really. A postpartum belt can provide abdominal support, improve comfort and circulation, and support weakened muscles during recovery — but it does not directly burn fat or cause weight loss.

Healthy postpartum weight loss comes from a balanced diet, appropriate exercise and gradual recovery, as advised by your doctor.

An ovarian cyst does not always mean you need surgery.

Ovarian cysts are common, and many disappear on their own. But some can cause pain, grow larger, affect fertility, or require further evaluation.

If you have been diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and are looking for ovarian cyst treatment in Dubai, understanding the type of cyst and the right treatment approach is important.

Read our latest blog to learn about ovarian cyst symptoms, diagnosis, fertility, treatment options and when surgery may be needed.

Does every ovarian cyst require surgery? Not necessarily.

Many ovarian cysts can be safely monitored and may resolve on their own. The decision depends on factors like the size, appearance, symptoms, age, and whether the cyst is changing over time.

The right approach is not “surgery for every cyst” — it is the right evaluation and treatment for every patient.

Consult an experienced gynecologist before deciding on surgery.

Don’t Ignore the Whisper Before It Becomes a Cry: Key Signs of PCOS You Need to Know

Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common hormonal disorders among women, yet many of its early symptoms are often brushed aside as simple stress or lifestyle changes. Recognizing these signs early is the first step toward reclaiming your hormonal balance and overall well-being.

**5 Important Signs of PCOS You Should Never Ignore:**

1. **Irregular or Missed Periods:** Unpredictable cycles, unusually heavy bleeding, or long gaps between periods are key indicators of hormonal imbalance.
2. **Stubborn Weight Gain & Difficulty Losing It:** Insulin resistance associated with PCOS often leads to unexplained weight gain, especially around the abdomen.
3. **Excess Facial or Body Hair (Hirsutism) & Acne:** Elevated androgen (male hormone) levels can cause persistent adult acne, oily skin, and unwanted hair growth on the face, chest, or back.
4. **Hair Thinning or Hair Loss:** Scalp hair thinning or male-pattern hair loss is another common sign of androgen excess.
5. **Unexplained Fatigue & Mood Swings:** Hormonal fluctuations and insulin resistance can leave you feeling constantly exhausted, anxious, or prone to sudden mood shifts.

If you are experiencing a combination of these symptoms, remember that you don't have to navigate it alone. Early diagnosis and a customized management plan can make a world of difference to your health.

Pregnancy can bring many changes, but some symptoms should never be ignored.

Seek gynecological care without delay if you experience:
• Vaginal bleeding
• Severe or persistent abdominal pain
• Severe headache, blurred vision or sudden swelling
• Reduced or no fetal movements after movements have been established
• Fluid leaking from the va**na
• High fever, breathlessness or feeling very unwell
• Regular painful contractions before your expected due date

When in doubt, it is always safer to get checked rather than wait.
