Meetup 2.0
One year ago, this was just an idea.
A simple thought that stayed in the back of my mind:
What if we created a space where people could learn about skincare without the pressure of being sold treatments?
I'll admit, I had doubts.
Would anyone register?
Would people in Karachi give up a Saturday evening just to learn about skincare?
Would they find value in honest, evidence-based conversations?
This Saturday, I got my answer.
We spent two beautiful hours talking about skincare mistakes, pregnancy and postpartum skin and hair care, treatments that are actually worth your money, and answering real questions from real people. There were no rushed consultations, no filters, no gimmicks—just genuine conversations.
The most rewarding part wasn't speaking.
It was watching people take notes, ask thoughtful questions, challenge common myths, and leave feeling more confident about making decisions for their own skin.
It reminded me that people don't just want treatments. They want knowledge. They want honesty. They want someone they can trust.
That has always been the vision behind our group Skincare Simplified.
