Taichi and Qigong workshop with Samhita on Sunday morning 19th July had a great attendance! 25 participants from all age groups from as young as 16 to 81 learnt basics of Taichi starting with taichi 8 form, Qigong, history, benefits, stance, combat and weapons and demonstration 13, 24 yang style and Wushu Fan form!!!
So happy to have a full house, interactive session! Thanks to each one of you! Watch the space for more soon!

Completed 108 Suryanamakaars today at B hub, Burjuman with IWD on occasion of International Yoga Day celebrations!
What a glorious day it is!
Big shout out to Kala, so beautifully crafted the 10 days for slowly building up 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90 and finally today 108 Sunsqlutations! Thanks Reema and team IWD for this inspiration
Big thanks for the 7 days Sip and Stride 10k challenge with hydration by IWD and Bisleri. So happy to have done that too!!!
