This Harvest Moon is symbolic of new beginnings due to the close proximity of the Autumnal equinox. Are you noticing new things happening around you? The children heading back to school, new projects starting up for you, we have a new era in the British Monarchy too after the passing of Queen Elizabeth II 😔 It’s a time to slow down, reflect and feel gratitude, then wait to see what is about to shift and prosper in life.

Observe how you balance giving and receiving, the energy that you cultivate and the energy that you share. Are you putting the needs of others before the importance of taking care of yourself? Use the energy at this time to find harmony; being of service to others but remaining happy, healthy and confidant. Remember too that too much logic blocks creativity, yet too much dreaming stops action. Remind yourself that in order to be your most productive you can not lose sight of what you are aiming for 💫

This year’s full pink moon is especially meaningful because it's in the bubbly air sign of Libra ruled by the romantic planet of Venus. This full moon illuminates themes of relationships, balance and social connection. Libra is represented by the symbol of the scales, with it’s energy helping us to find harmonious synergy and balance between extremes. It's a beautiful time to forgive and ask for forgiveness and be honest about what needs you have that are not being met. Sometimes, when the scales of justice are in the process of finding their way back to the midpoint, there can be a little disruption in your life. However, that disruption itself is an indication that what's meant to happen is, in fact, happening

I’m very late posting this months full moon post. Life is busy! We had a beautiful full pink moon yoga class last week… complete with pink bougainvillea 💕 An evening of self reflection, with angel cards, rituals, moon water, Yang yoga with moon salutations, Yin yoga for a deep restorative stretch, a pink moon meditation, finishing with a supported savasana and crystals 🔥🧘🏼‍♀️🔮 🙏🏼 🫖
