Although many of us have loved and experienced being loved, this post is a wonderful reminder of people’s unique ways in showing that love. Love languages can differ from mother to father, brother to sister, friend to partner. One of the best things you could do for yourself is learn what love languages you like and are comfortable with and which you are not. Once you learn these, you will be equipped with the knowledge necessary in order to communicate your wants and needs to people. Once you learn your love languages, setting boundaries will become a little easier than before.
✨a little prayer for you: May you find the love you deserve, by finding yourself ✨

Posted • I used to base how everybody else felt about me on whether they lived up to the expectations of how I thought they should behave.
We all have them… beautiful instruction manuals, which could detail exactly the ‘right’ way for our friends, partners, and family members to act.
And it all seems so reasonable to us.
But guess what?
Every person in your life has a completely different brain to you, so expecting them to behave the way you would is a little crazy.
And when we believe they should behave differently, we feel resentful, hurt, frustration, disappointed…
And we create so much disconnection from them, as the unique human that they are.
