Time for a little re-introduccction I think 💁🏼‍♀️

New faces, old faces, some of you might not even know who I am or what PCOS is so here you bloody go

Not your average coach and DEFINITELY not here to tell you to eat chicken and broccoli and never leave the house 🫠

Ok so for a v v v long time, I didn’t feel like myself

PCOS had me in a chokehold, my body felt broken, and being told there was “no cure” and I’d never get pregnant by multiple “doctors” sent me spiralling, disordered eating, body issues, anxiety… the lot

When I say I’ve been there huns, I really have

Every symptom, got the t-shirt

But I’m a fighter (and a lover lol) and refused to accept that was gonna be my life

So I became OBSESSED with understanding hormones, the body, nutrition, and realised healing isn’t about pills and potions…

most of what we need is actually right in front of us

Now I’ve built a business helping women heal like I did and my lawd it feels good

I cry at your wins (especially the bubbas, full on bawling) and I care like actually care

Few things about me so you get the full picture:

ADHD girlie, diagnosed 7 years ago, chaotic but also my superpower

Big energy, big dreams, big crashes

Built this business from scratch, fully winging it half the time but we move

Helped over 5000 women and genuinely feel like it’s my purpose

Told I’d never have kids, froze my eggs and got 12… not bad hey

I’ve basically got 3 homes because I can’t sit still

I book flights like it’s a personality trait

Do it for the plot energy always

Put me in the ocean and I’m a different person (should have had gills)

I’m the friend you come to for advice and a reality check

I’m also your biggest cheerleader no mean girl energy allowed here 🚫

And I’ve always had this feeling time is moving fast and life isn’t a dress rehearsal

So I’m going to live it fully… and I want the same for you

This space isn’t about perfection

It’s about feeling good in your body, building confidence and creating a life you’re actually obsessed with

I do wonder how many people don’t ACTUALLY know what PCOS is but follow me

I once had someone see my cry on my stories and thought I must have an awful hangover and my page was all about partying hahahahahaaa

Anyway as you can prob see Im upping my content and value to help my PCOS Queens but its also something everyone on this planet should have some understanding of as Im sure someone you love has it

PCOS stands for Polycystic O***y Syndrome, and it’s not just about your ovaries.

It’s a full body hormonal condition that affects how your hormones, metabolism, and even your brain work together

At the core of PCOS is usually insulin resistance.

This means your body struggles to use sugar properly, so insulin levels stay high. High insulin then triggers your ovaries to produce more androgens, aka “male hormones”, which leads to symptoms like acne, weight gain (especially around the belly), irregular or missing periods, hair growth, and even hair loss

It’s called a “syndrome” because it shows up differently in every woman

Some struggle with weight, some don’t

Some have regular periods, some don’t

Some have skin issues, others struggle more with mood, energy, or fertility

And this is why it’s often misunderstood

It’s also considered “chronic” because there’s no quick fix pill that cures it. But here’s the part no one tells you… it is incredibly manageable, and in many cases, symptoms can be reversed when you address the ROOT cause

And this is exactly why I created “It’s a PCOS Party”

Because I was so fed up of the narrative that PCOS is this miserable, restrictive, confusing condition where you have to cut everything out and hate your life

No thanks

That’s the “party”

It’s about taking something that feels heavy and overwhelming… and turning it into something empowering

Your body isn’t broken
You’ve just never been taught how to work with it properly
