Introducing “Music V Fitness”
Every other week I will be interviewing DJ’s & People in the music industry who also really into there fitness.

I’ve kicked things off with my good friend Callum RJ who is someone in a similar position to me who coaches & also DJ’s.

Shout out to my Client & good friend Tamara, she has consistently stayed lean for a year now, unbelievable dedication to the craft but also a mother of two, a person who is fully in & around the music industry, but trains hard, stays on track with her food, and most importantly listens to the plans I set her, in & out of the gym absolutely flawless attitude! This woman can party hard & train even harder. Ladies take note.
