Scope: Menu development and offering extension for Beirut Gate’s new University City branch.

With a timeless and striking design, the concept continues to celebrate rich, vibrant, and world-class Lebanese cuisine.

Now in a larger setting in University City, the offering expands to include a wider range of signature Lebanese delicacies, traditional favorites, and comforting classics, reimagined within a modern style and operation tailored to the Sharjah community. The concept also introduces a full delivery offering, alongside dedicated catering and buffet solutions for various occasions.

We were pleased to collaborate once again with the amazing Beirut Gate team, shaping the concept and refining the culinary vision, and developing an extended offering and operation to bring this elegant and captivating Lebanese destination to life.
