Here's something most people never think about — and it affects every single one of us.
When a woman takes birth control or hormone pills, traces of those hormones remain in her body and are eventually excreted. Those residues flow into our sewage system, contaminate water sources, and seep into agricultural land — ending up in the food we eat every day. The same applies to psychiatric medications, antibiotics, and many other commonly used drugs. Even throwing away expired medication carelessly can become a source of environmental contamination.
This isn't a conspiracy — it's a growing global concern backed by science. And it's a direct threat to our health, our ecosystems, and the future we're building for our children.
I'm hosting a FREE workshop this weekend where we'll talk openly about pharmaceutical contamination, what it means for your health, and practical steps you can take to protect yourself and your family.
