“Just relax and it’ll happen.”

If you’ve been trying to conceive, chances are you’ve heard this phrase more times than you can count. While relaxation, self-care, and stress management are vital for your well-being, stress is not the root cause of infertility and simply relaxing is not a medical treatment.

Fertility challenges are medical conditions that deserve proper investigation, compassionate care, and evidence-based solutions.

This , take a deep breath for yourself. Not as a cure, but simply because you deserve peace and support on your journey. 🤍
