A delicious way to add more probiotics to your everyday diet 🤍

I’ve been trying the new Al Ain Farms Kefir Al Ain Farms made with a unique kefir culture and enriched with good probiotics. It has no added sugar in both Plain and Flavored varieties and that authentic, slightly tangy kefir taste I really enjoy.

Kefir is a naturally fermented drink containing beneficial cultures, making it a great addition to a balanced diet and a simple way to support gut health and healthy digestion.

And there are so many ways to enjoy it! You can drink it on its own, blend it into delicious smoothies, or use it for cooking and baking. Kefir works beautifully in pancakes, cookies and other baked treats — you can even use it to make homemade bread or focaccia. 🍞

I also really love the small kefir bottles — they’re so convenient to grab and take with me to the gym or when I’m on the go. Such an easy option when you want a quick, healthy snack. 🤍

For this recipe, I used Al Ain Farms Strawberry Kefir to make strawberry oat pancakes with fresh strawberries 🍓🥞 They turned out soft, fluffy and so good!

Strawberry Kefir Pancakes 🍓
🥛 200 ml strawberry kefir
🥚 1 egg
🌾 100–120 g oat flour
🥄 1 tsp baking soda
🍓 Fresh strawberries, chopped
Optional: vanilla or a little sweetener to taste

Mix everything together, cook the pancakes on a lightly greased pan until golden on both sides, and enjoy!

A simple and delicious way to bring more fermented foods into your everyday routine. 🤍

Save the recipe and try it for your next breakfast!

GUT MAXXING 🌿 How to support your gut every day

A healthy gut isn’t built with one “superfood.” It’s about consistently feeding your microbiome with fiber, prebiotics, probiotics, resistant starch and a variety of plant foods.

Some simple foods to include more often:

✨ Kefir — one of my favorites for gut health. It contains live cultures and typically offers a wider variety of microorganisms than many fermented dairy products. Choose plain, unsweetened kefir when possible.

🥣 Yogurt/curd with seeds — combines probiotic cultures with fiber and healthy fats from chia, flax, pumpkin or other seeds.

🌱 Soaked chia seeds — rich in soluble fiber, which supports regularity and provides fuel for beneficial gut bacteria.

🥔 Cooked & cooled potatoes — cooling cooked potatoes increases resistant starch, which can act as a prebiotic and feed beneficial bacteria in the colon.

🥕 Fermented vegetables — sauerkraut, kimchi and naturally fermented vegetables can add beneficial microbes and plant diversity to your diet.

🫘 Lentils, beans & other legumes — excellent sources of fiber and resistant starch. Introduce them gradually if you’re prone to bloating.

🥬 Leafy & seasonal vegetables — the more variety, the better. Different plant fibers nourish different groups of gut microbes.

🥝 Fiber-rich fruits like guava and papaya — an easy way to increase plant diversity, fiber, vitamins and antioxidants.

🫚 Ginger — can support digestion and may be particularly helpful for nausea and digestive discomfort.

🍵 Herbal teas — ginger, fennel, cumin or peppermint can be a soothing addition after meals.

🍲 And don’t underestimate simple home-cooked meals made from minimally processed ingredients. Gut health is less about perfection and more about what you eat consistently.

Gut-maxxing rule: think diversity + fiber + fermented foods. Small daily habits can make a big difference. 🌿

👀 Keto and Hunger Hormones: Why You May Feel Less Hungry

One of the most common things people notice on keto is less hunger and fewer cravings. But why does this happen?

🧠 What may be behind it?

• Higher protein intake can increase fullness and reduce appetite.
• Fat-rich meals tend to be satisfying and may help you stay full longer.
• Ketones may influence appetite and could contribute to reduced hunger for some people.
• Fewer blood sugar fluctuations may mean fewer sudden cravings for some people.
• Less food variety and fewer highly processed foods can also make spontaneous snacking less tempting.

⚖️ What about hunger hormones?

Keto may affect hormones involved in appetite regulation, including ghrelin and leptin, but the effects vary between people. Reduced hunger is likely the result of several factors working together rather than one single hormone.

☝️Feeling less hungry on keto can make it easier to maintain a calorie deficit — but it doesn’t happen to everyone.

Listen to your hunger and fullness cues, prioritize protein and nutrient-dense foods, and don’t force yourself to eat less simply because you’re eating fewer carbs.

I’ve been trying Under500 UNDER500 for the past 5 days, and I have to say — it made my week so much easier. 🤍

I chose the 5–8 AM delivery window, which turned out to be perfect for my routine. By the time I’m ready to leave the house, my meals are already there. I can simply grab my breakfast — or breakfast and lunch if I know I’ll be out for longer — and leave the rest at home in the fridge.

No cooking, no meal prep, and no last-minute decisions about what to eat. Everything is already portioned and ready to go.

One thing I really enjoyed is the variety of meals and ingredients. You’re not eating the same thing every day — there are different protein options like shrimp, fish and chicken, paired with different sides, vegetables and flavors. It definitely doesn’t feel like typical “diet food.”

And the snacks deserve a special mention! 😍 They’re healthy but still genuinely delicious, which makes it much easier to stay on track without feeling like you’re restricting yourself.

After five days, what I appreciated most was the convenience. It’s such an easy way to keep an eye on your calories and eat more consistently, especially during busy days when preparing every meal yourself just isn’t realistic.

Healthy eating can actually be this easy. ✨

A newly renovated hidden gem in Jumeirah you’ll want to save! 🤍✨

Today I visited cafe Two Point Oh Two Point Oh with my family, and we absolutely loved the whole experience.

The café has recently reopened after a renovation, and the new space is beautiful — bright, stylish, cozy and very Instagrammable. But the real highlight was definitely the food! 😍

My absolute favorite was the avocado toast with halloumi cheese — honestly, it was SO delicious! 🥑 We also tried the shakshuka, which came with such a beautiful presentation in brioche bread and tasted just as good as it looked.

And if you have a sweet tooth, don’t skip the French toast! It was served with caramel-flavored ice cream, and the combination was amazing. 🍞🍨

Of course, I had to try their matcha, and it was excellent! 🍵 The cappuccino was also a lovely surprise — a really generous portion with a smooth, delicious flavor. ☕️

It’s also a great spot for families. The café is kids-friendly, with high chairs available for the little ones, plus there are plenty of parking spaces right outside — always a big plus in Dubai! 🙌🏻

Another feature I really liked is their private room, which can be completely closed off with a separate door. Perfect for a business meeting, a private catch-up, or simply when you want a little more privacy. That makes it perfect place to work.

Beautiful interiors, delicious food, great coffee, easy parking and such a welcoming atmosphere — we left genuinely impressed and will definitely be back. 🤍

Save Two Point Cafe Two Point Oh for your next breakfast, lunch or coffee date in Jumeirah! ✨

💜 AÇAÍ: More Than Just a Pretty Purple Bowl

Açaí berries may be tiny, but they’re packed with nutrients and powerful plant compounds. 🌿 Here’s why they can be a great addition to a balanced diet:

✨ Rich in antioxidants
Açaí contains anthocyanins — the pigments responsible for its deep purple color. These compounds help protect cells from oxidative stress.

❤️ Supports heart health
Its combination of antioxidants, fiber and healthy fats can be part of a heart-friendly eating pattern.

🌱 A source of healthy fats
Unlike many fruits, açaí naturally contains some unsaturated fats, including omega-9 and omega-6 fatty acids.

🥣 Provides fiber
Unsweetened açaí pulp contains fiber, which supports digestion, gut health and satiety.

⚡ Nutrient-dense addition to meals
Pair açaí with Greek yogurt or plant-based protein, chia or h**p seeds, nuts and berries for a more balanced breakfast or post-workout meal.

💡 One thing to watch:
Açaí itself is naturally low in sugar, but many commercial açaí bowls are loaded with added sugar from sweetened purée, syrups, granola and toppings. Choose unsweetened açaí whenever possible and build your bowl around protein, fiber and healthy fats.

Açaí isn’t a magical “superfood” — but it’s a delicious, antioxidant-rich fruit that can absolutely have a place in a healthy diet. 💜

Do you prefer your açaí as a bowl or smoothie? 👇
