𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞
Exposure to multiple dairy breeds (Holstein, Jersey, Red breeds)
Hands-on experience with premium beef genetics (Angus, Wagyu, Brahman & crossbreeding programs)
Work in a high-performance corporate setup with structured systems

Real-time involvement in transition management, reproduction, disease control & herd optimization

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Oversee overall herd health & preventive programs
Manage transition cow health & post-calving performance
Monitor reproduction, fertility & disease trends
Lead veterinary protocols across large herd systems
Work closely with management on performance improvement strategies

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine)
5–7 years experience (corporate dairy preferred)
Strong practical knowledge of large herd health management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
