Female fertility changes with age.

A healthy 30-year-old woman has around a 20% chance of natural pregnancy each month, but this chance gradually declines with age, especially after 35. By age 40, the monthly chance is around 5%, and after 45, natural pregnancy becomes uncommon.

This does not mean pregnancy is impossible, but it means time matters.

If you are planning to delay pregnancy, consider speaking with a fertility specialist early to understand your ovarian reserve, your options, and whether egg freezing may be suitable for you.

Early awareness gives women more choices.

Today, I was honored and awarded the FRCOG – Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
I owe it to my late parents – may Allah have mercy on them – for their unconditional support. I wish they were here to share this moment.
Grateful to my beloved wife, children, brothers, and my in-laws for their love and support. اليوم تم تكريمي ومنحي زمالة الكلية الملكية البريطانية لأطباء النساء والتوليد (FRCOG) بفضل الله تعالى.
الفضل بعد الله لوالدتي ووالدي - رحمهما الله - على دعمهما غير المحدود. كنت أتمنى أن يكونا معي في هذه اللحظة.
