The combination of everything you see in this picture brings me joy. And no, there’s no Photoshop involved…

Being able to deliver high-quality dentistry to genuinely nice people, in a space that makes me feel good — with beautiful views, comfort, positive energy and plenty of greenery — I really can’t ask for much more.

These first few months of LUME NATURAL AESTHETICS POLY CLINIC have been amazing. The team is growing by the minute, and little by little we’re learning, adapting and finding our rhythm together. But I have to say, they’re already exceeding my expectations.

There’s a very special energy in Dubai right now. The city is coming back stronger than ever, and we’re proud to be here, growing alongside it and doing our small part.

At LUME NATURAL AESTHETICS POLY CLINIC we don’t believe in creating the same smile for everyone.

We look at the person first — their face, proportions, personality and the little characteristics that make them unique. Then we use dentistry to enhance what is already there, rather than replace it.

Building a clinic has taught me that being a clinician and being a business owner often pull you in different directions.

As the business grows, it’s easy to become obsessed with numbers. But the moment numbers become more important than patients, you’ve lost what matters most.

Our first responsibility is, and always will be, to care for people. If you stay true to that, build with integrity, and do the right thing every day, the business success will follow.

It has been a journey.

Not just the last year, but a lifetime of trying to become the best version of myself in everything I do.

I haven’t always succeeded, but I’ve always tried—with honesty, passion, hard work, and a genuine desire to find meaning in every step.

If you had told me 21 years ago, when I started my career in dentistry, that one day I would be opening my own clinic in Dubai, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

Life is unpredictable. And sometimes incredibly hard.

This project has been the greatest professional challenge of my life. There were moments when the finish line felt impossibly far away.

But here we are.

In just a few days, together with Dr. Natalia Rabago, we will open the doors of our new clinic, our fourth “baby”: LUME NATURAL AESTHETICS POLY CLINIC.

A project built on years of dedication, sacrifice, learning, and an unwavering belief that doing things properly still matters.

We cannot wait to welcome our patients, friends, and everyone who has supported us along the way.

This is not the end of a journey.

It’s the beginning of a new era.

Looking towards a brighter future.

This journey has been a true roller coaster. Some days feel heavy, uncertain, exhausting… and others make it impossible not to see the potential of everything we are building.

Lately, many new doors have started opening in front of us — and I choose to see that as a sign. A reminder that when you stay consistent, intentional, and honest with your vision, things slowly begin to align.

We are creating something that goes beyond aesthetic dentistry. A space for people who value quality, detail, craftsmanship, and the time required to do things properly.

Still at the beginning. But deeply excited for what’s ahead.

February 28th was my last day at .aesthetic .

After 11 years, I was ready to close one chapter and start something new.

That same day, everything around us changed.

I had planned to share this video the day after I left — as a way to say thank you, and to give a proper ending to something that meant so much to me.
But I just couldn’t.

Not because I was afraid. I’ve felt safe.
But because, for the first time in a long time, I felt uncertain.

Starting a new project, putting everything on the line, in a moment like this… it’s not easy to process.

We talk a lot about following your dreams.
But we don’t talk enough about how difficult it can feel when you actually do it.

This past month forced me to slow down, to think, and to reconnect with why I started all of this.

And the answer is still the same. Same passion.

So here I am.

The excitement is still there.
The vision is still clear.
And my desire to build something meaningful in Dubai — a place I truly call home — is stronger than ever.

It will take more than a war to stop us.

She trusted me 5 years ago… She wasn’t sure about the gum grafting to increase the volume on the pontic area… but those are the little details that make a difference. Notice the healthy look of her gums around the restorations compared to the previous cantilevered bridge. Aesthetics that respects biology. Do you still think that veneers are bad for your gums?? Take look after 5 years in the mouth.
