Looking towards a brighter future.

This journey has been a true roller coaster. Some days feel heavy, uncertain, exhausting… and others make it impossible not to see the potential of everything we are building.

Lately, many new doors have started opening in front of us — and I choose to see that as a sign. A reminder that when you stay consistent, intentional, and honest with your vision, things slowly begin to align.

We are creating something that goes beyond aesthetic dentistry. A space for people who value quality, detail, craftsmanship, and the time required to do things properly.

Still at the beginning. But deeply excited for what’s ahead.

February 28th was my last day at .aesthetic .

After 11 years, I was ready to close one chapter and start something new.

That same day, everything around us changed.

I had planned to share this video the day after I left — as a way to say thank you, and to give a proper ending to something that meant so much to me.
But I just couldn’t.

Not because I was afraid. I’ve felt safe.
But because, for the first time in a long time, I felt uncertain.

Starting a new project, putting everything on the line, in a moment like this… it’s not easy to process.

We talk a lot about following your dreams.
But we don’t talk enough about how difficult it can feel when you actually do it.

This past month forced me to slow down, to think, and to reconnect with why I started all of this.

And the answer is still the same. Same passion.

So here I am.

The excitement is still there.
The vision is still clear.
And my desire to build something meaningful in Dubai — a place I truly call home — is stronger than ever.

It will take more than a war to stop us.

Thank you .aesthetic and for these 11 years.

Notice the healthy look of her gums around the restorations compared to the previous cantilevered bridge. Aesthetics that respects biology. Do you still think that veneers are bad for your gums?? Redesigning doesn’t mean transforming. Subtle enhancements that come from a vision. No photoshop, no modifications, no filters… just real daily dentistry. This a 3 year follow up on a revision case. We went from a chalky opaque look to a vital color and more natural shape. Working on maintenance but look at the overall look of those gums. They are happier now after fitting something properly. This is natural aesthetic dentistry that respects also biology and function.

Making only 4 teeth disappear in her smile, blending in with the surrounding tissues, respecting biology, improving health… This subtle yet fine aesthetic dentistry is hard… but not impossible. Shapes, volumes, color and character are much nicer, yes. But what makes me feel better about this case is the healthy look of her gums. Look at how angry they looked with her previous veneers on those lateral incisors. Why?? NON PREP VENEERS… Anyways, interesting times ahead. A year of changes. Thinking on how to evolve this passion of mine. Redefining natural looking dentistry. Stay tuned!

We didn’t transform him, we naturally enhanced him. By replacing old composites for a more superior and long lasting material, 10 porcelain veneers, we created a situation that requires less maintenance, therefore enhancing his quality of life. At the same time, we could as volume and length were needed, in order to create a more balanced aesthetic composition in relation to his facial features. Minor details, major differences.

The idea of less is more fits naturally with my approach to aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry.
You might say, “But I often see you doing full-arch treatments.” And that’s true.

In many cases, a full-arch approach is exactly what’s required—not only to achieve the desired aesthetic outcome, but to ensure proper function and long-term stability.

Minimalism, however, is not about doing less at all costs. It’s about doing only what is truly necessary. Before any treatment, I invest time in understanding what is essential—and just as importantly, what is not. And while working on your teeth, my priority is always to respect biology as much as possible.

That is why I’m deeply passionate about minimalism. Because ethically, it makes sense. And because it allows me to care for my patients in the most responsible, thoughtful, and long-lasting way.

This might be one of my favorite cosmetic cases, where I combined both restorative and periodontal techniques to achieve more elegant and balanced smile. If you swipe right, you can really see the facial enhancement in different angles. I always tell the same to my students, we are doing not only dentistry, but facial aesthetics. If you don’t understand that, you are out of the game. and laser gingivectomy were performed in this case that was started 5 years ago and still looks like new!
