Returning back my roots today with a strong vinyasa class to awaken the soul! After spending the last 5 years deep in slower therapy training, teaching and practicing it felt good to return to a style where it all started for me. Humbling and loving 💚 Thankyou for having me. Moving into another exciting chapter of my life with my family I'm saying goodbye to my beautiful Australian students. Thankyou for your support and love over the last decade. It's been a dream ☁️
