Children are always listening, even when we think they are busy playing or not paying attention.

The conversations adults have around them, the jokes we laugh at, and the words we choose can stay with them far longer than we realize. That is why it is worth pausing to think about the messages we are sending, intentionally or unintentionally.

This is a conversation every parent, grandparent, teacher, and caregiver should be part of.

Save this Reel for when you need a gentle reminder and send it to someone who is helping raise a confident child.

When it comes to brain development, there is no shortage of advice.

Some recommendations are backed by strong evidence. Others are popular simply because they've been repeated so often.

If you had to guess, what would score higher: supplements, reading, sleep, outdoor play, or learning a new skill?

And which everyday habits might be doing more harm than good? In this video, Dr K puts some of the most common brain health habits to the test and rates them one by one.

A few of the scores are probably not what you would expect.

5 Truths I Would Tell You as a Pediatrician of 13 Years, Even If They Are Hard to Hear

Some of the most important lessons I have learned in 13 years of pediatrics are not found in textbooks.

They come from watching children grow, listening to parents, and understanding what truly shapes a child's future.

There is no such thing as perfect parenting. What matters most is being willing to pause, reflect, repair, and grow alongside your child.

I hope these five truths remind you that your connection with your child will always matter more than perfection.

Save this post for the days parenting feels overwhelming.

Parenting mein kuch advice itni baar sunne ko milti hai ki woh sach lagne lagti hai.

Jab baat newborns aur young babies ki ho, toh family, friends, aur relatives se har kisi ke paas koi na koi suggestion zaroor hota hai.

Lekin kya har advice waqai sahi hoti hai? Ek bahut common practice hai jo aaj bhi kai parents follow karte hain, especially garmiyon mein, bina yeh jaane ki experts iske baare mein kya kehte hain.

Agar aapka baby 6 mahine se chhota hai, toh yeh video aapko surprise kar sakti hai.

Save this post and share it with anyone caring for a baby under 6 months old.
