This Lipoedema Awareness Month, we're helping shine a light on a condition that is often misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and silently lived with. Many women living with lipoedema are told for years that it's "just weight gain" or swelling, when it's actually a chronic medical condition that doesn't simply go away with diet and exercise.
