اشتراک در اولین کنفرانس مشترک تبدیل مفصل AFOTA &IAA CONNECT فرصت بسیار خوبی بود که در کنار متخصصین برجسته ارتوپیدی از افغانستان و هند باشم و در مورد modern arthroplasty techniques، joint replacement و تجارب جدید با هم تبادل نظر کنیم.

نکات مهم این کنفرانس:
✅ همکاری تاریخی میان افغانستان و هند
✅ بحث و تبادل نظر در مورد تکنیک‌های جدید Arthroplasty
✅ تلاش مشترک برای ارتقای ظرفیت‌های صحی و جراحی در منطقه

از این فرصت ارزشمند برای یادگیری و کسب تجربه بسیار سپاسگزارم. امیدوارم این همکاری‌ها در آینده بیشتر شده و زمینه‌ساز پیشرفت Orthopedic Surgery در منطقه گردد.

امروز یک واقعه نادر Congenital Sagittal Band Deficiency همراه با Extensor Tendon Subluxation را تداوی کردم. Radial Sagittal Band Reconstruction با استفاده از Kilgore Technique انجام شد که باعث ثابت شدن Extensor Tendon و بهبود عملکرد آن گردید.

Managed a rare case of congenital sagittal band deficiency with extensor tendon subluxation. Performed radial sagittal band reconstruction using the Kilgore technique, restoring extensor tendon stability and function.

Every rare case is an opportunity to learn and grow.

I had the privilege of working with the Doctors of Rahman team during their visit to Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan Hospital. It was a great learning experience collaborating with Prof. Dr. Ahmad Al-Tonesy from Egypt and Dr. Abdulla Jawed from the UK.
The team was incredibly kind, professional, and inspiring, and the experience was truly meaningful both clinically and personally.

من افتخار داشتم که در جریان سفر تیم Doctors of Rahman به شفاخانه وزیر محمد اکبر خان با آنان همکاری داشته باشم. همکاری با پروفیسور داکتر احمد الطونسی از مصر و داکتر عبدالله جاوید از بریتانیا یک تجربهٔ آموزشی بسیار ارزشمند برای من بود.

Successfully managed a Schatzker Type VI tibial plateau fracture using a hybrid Ilizarov external fixator (single ring with rods). The construct provided stable fixation while preserving soft tissues, allowing early mobilization and early weight bearing. Grateful to the team and wishing the patient a smooth recovery.
