❤️ One Month of Us ❤️

1 August 2026 | 10.5.1405 a date that will forever live in my heart. The day our two hearts became one and our journey of togetherness began.
Today marks one beautiful month since I married you, Dr. Zabihullah Stanikzai. One month may sound short, but in this little time, you have brought so much love, peace, happiness, and so many beautiful moments into my life. I feel incredibly lucky and blessed to have you by my side.
You are not only my husband, but also my companion, my safe place, my happiness, and the person I want to share every chapter of my life with.
Thank you for choosing me, for always being by my side, and for making this new chapter of my life so special. I pray that Allah keeps our hearts close, fills our home with love and peace, and blesses us with a lifetime of happiness, understanding, and beautiful memories together.

One Year of Our Journey
My Dearest Dr. Zabihullah Stanikzai,
Happy one year of my father saying yes to your father and giving my hand to you! This past year has been the happiest of my life with you by my side. You’ve taught me so much, not just in medicine, but in love, strength, and kindness. I still remember you teaching me how to perform an appendectomy, it’s just one of the many ways you inspire me.
You are the purest soul I know, my hero, my greatest support, and my happiest place. Every moment with you is a gift. You lift me up in my saddest times and make every day brighter. I love how we share our dreams, laughter, and quiet moments. You’ve shown me true love, and I am endlessly grateful for you.Here’s to many more years of love and happiness together. Anorexia
Is an eating disorder and characterized by abnormal lower body weight or fear of gaining weight. These people face to much struggle and restrict their food to control their weight and body shape by vomiting , misusing of laxatives , diuretics, enemas , diet aids and doing extreme exercise.
Anorexia is unhealthy and sometimes life threatening for dealing with daily life stresses or problems.
Anorexia is not for food but with treatment you can have better life , return to better eating habit and reverse the complications.
Some symptoms:
1. Extreme low body weight
2.Insomnia
3. Fatigue
3.Dry yellow skin and dehydration
4. Abnormal Blood count
5. Absence of menstruation
6. Hair fall
7. Irregular heart rhythm
8. Fatigue and dizziness
9. Constipation and abdominal pain
When you such problem try to visit a specialist but most patient don’t want treatment, so make them calm and discuss about the complications that happened cause of anorexia help them to come out from this problem.
