Adult case 37

95 years male fall down on the right shoulder, not able to move shoulder, x ray right shoulder show type 4 proximal humerous fracture, surgery done under brachial plexus block l, close reduction and k wire fixation under c arm control. Pre and post operative x ray attached.

This is 28 years old male with tibial shaft fracture one and half years ago which operated as intramedullary nail, now patient come for removal of nail after one and half years, which bone completely healed.
Operation done and removed of intramedullay nail.

This is 47years female with pain in the proximal left lateral thigh since 2years, which gradually increased in the last 4months . Clinical and MRI of left thigh diagnosis left iliotibial band syndrum with trochontric chronic bursitis. Plan for surgery removed trochantric bursectomy with iliotibial band syndrome releases.

36 years male falldwon from track car, got sever pain with swelling in the right knee , grossly deformity in the knee and not able to stand and walk. X ray show right tibial plateau communited fracture (type fifth). ACL and meniscus tear.
