#بواسیر (Haemorrhoids )

بواسير د مقعد په داخل د رګونو د پړسيدلو حالت دی چې د مقعد د دردونو او ورسره د مقعد څخه د خونريزي يا وينې بهيدنې سبب کيدای شي.

(Types)
1. داخلی بواسیر (Internal Haemorrhoids )
2. خارجی بواسیر (External Haemorrhoids)

(Grades )
1. اوله درجه : په اوله درجه يې يوازې د خونريزۍ سره وي کتله وجود نه لري.
2.دویمه درجه : پدې حالت يوه پخپله ارجاع کيدونکي کتله شتون لري او خونريزي شايد ورسره شتون ولري.
3.دریمه درجه :پدې درجه کې کتله د مقعد څخه د هر حاجت د عمل څخه وروسته راوځي او بيرته د ګوتې پواسطه داخليدلی شي.
4. څلورمه درجه : پدې درجه کې نه ارجاع کيدونکي شتون لري.
نوټ: که دا پورته حالتونه تداوي نشي نو په پرمختللي شکل يې تبديليږي او څلورمه درجه کيدای شي چې په ټرومبوټيک شکل تبديل شي.

د دمقعد څخه د تازه وینی راتلل، درد ،خارښت ،د مقعد څخه د کتلې راوتل ،کم خوني او د قبضیت درلودل.

بواسیر کوم خاصو معایناتو ته ضرورت نه لری یواځې د ډاکتر له خوا د کلنینکي معایناتو پواسطه چې د ګوتو او مخصوصې آلې پواسطه ترسره کیږي تشخیصیږي.
