The Heart & Stroke Foundation, Antigua and Barbuda in partnership with the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre will host its 2nd Annual Public Lecture this Thursday, February 26 at 5:00 p.m. in the SLBMC Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

Featured presentations include:

2. Stress, Sleep and the Heart: The Risks We Ignore
3. From Sweetness to Sickness: How Sugar Affects the Heart and Brain
