Are you an MBS member or beneficiary who paid for an eligible doctor’s visit, lab service, imaging or diagnostic test? You may be eligible for reimbursement through MBS.

Complete the August Challenge to ensure you are taking the right steps to claim your benefits and receive approved reimbursements securely.

Challenge Steps

1️⃣ 𝗦𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐩𝐭 stamped 𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐃, with the correct names for you and your doctor or healthcare provider.

2️⃣ 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐮𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐅𝐓 so reimbursements for approved claims can be deposited directly into your bank account.

Register at an MBS office or download the EFT Authorisation Form online:
https://www.mbs.gov.ag/v2/mdocs-posts/eft-authorization-form/

Email the completed form to [email protected].

3️⃣ 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 to sign up for EFT so they can also receive reimbursements for approved claims directly to their bank account.
