Klinika ka filluar punen si nje sherbim privat qe ne vitin 1991 nga Dr. Haki BLLACA (1934-1995) nje nga stomatologet e mirenjohur shqiptare i dipllomuar ne Sofje te Bullgarise. Traditen e ka vazhduar i biri Dr Florian Bllaca i dipllomuar ne stomatologji 1992-1997 dhe specializuar ne kirurgji maxillofaciale 1998-2002.Fillimisht eshte punuar ne ambjentin fillestar ne rrugen "Aleksander Goga" deri n

e vitin 2008. Nga 2008 klinika u spostua ne ambjentet ne te cilat aktualisht ndodhet ne rrugen "Grigor Durrsaku" prane Bashkise Durres.Ne kete periudhe ne klinike punon dhe bashkeshortja Dr Alba BLLACA(Fani) e dipllomuar ne stomatologji ne vitet 1999-2004.
