🚀 We are officially launching the MINOR-MED project today with our Kick-Off Meeting!

Hosted by the General Hospital at Filiates, our partners are gathering in a hybrid format at the Filiates Town Hall to kickstart our implementation phase. Today's comprehensive agenda focuses heavily on the operational road ahead. The project partners are confirming partner roles, reviewing our procurement and contracting procedures,and setting critical milestones for the next six months. NGO DIAGNOSIS launches the implementation of the MINOR-MED project!
We are pleased to announce the start of the MINOR-MED – Minority Inclusive Medical Outreach for Remote Mountainous Areas in Greece and Albania project, funded under the Interreg VI-A IPA Greece–Albania Programme 2021–2027.
MINOR-MED aims to improve access to healthcare services for remote, rural and underserved communities in the Greece–Albania cross-border area through specialised medical visits, telemedicine, medical equipment, training activities and public awareness actions.
As an Albanian project partner, NGO DIAGNOSIS will contribute to the implementation of activities in Southern Albania, supporting community engagement, cooperation with local stakeholders, public information, training activities and the facilitation of healthcare-related services for communities most in need.
Through this project, DIAGNOSIS further strengthens its mission to bring more accessible, inclusive and preventive healthcare closer to people, especially those living in remote areas and facing social or health vulnerabilities.

DIAGNOSIS NGO, as a project partner in EpirusMedEye – Enhancing Healthcare Access in the Municipality of Dropull through Greece–Albania Cooperation, has started the implementation of Activity D5.1 – Implementation of telemedicine services in selected health centres.
As part of this activity, laboratory examinations and medical data collection are being carried out to support the creation of initial patient files and the further development of telemedicine services in the Dropull area.
This process contributes to a better understanding of the healthcare needs of the local community, improves access to specialised services, and strengthens cooperation between Albanian and Greek healthcare professionals.
Through the EpirusMedEye project, DIAGNOSIS NGO supports a more innovative, inclusive and sustainable healthcare model for rural communities and cross-border areas.
The EpirusMedEye project is implemented under the Interreg VI-A IPA Greece–Albania 2021–2027 Programme, co-funded by the European Union
