The failed implants were removed due to advanced peri-implant bone loss and compromised long-term prognosis. Horizontal ridge augmentation was performed using the Urban bone augmentation technique to reconstruct the deficient alveolar ridge.

After an adequate healing period and successful bone regeneration, six new implants were placed in the mandible, achieving favorable implant distribution and stability for full-arch rehabilitation.

This case demonstrates successful implant placement and favorable conditions for immediate or early loading protocols. Proper surgical planning, implant positioning, and prosthetic-driven treatment are essential for achieving predictable long-term outcomes in full-arch rehabilitation.
