From 2002 active participant and national coordinator for CRASH international studies. Those studies are coordinated from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

2- CRASH2: Effects of tranexamic acid on death, vascular occlusive events, and blood transfusion in trauma patients with significant haemorrhage (CRASH-2): a randomised, placebo-controlled trial.
3- CRASH-3 - tranexamic acid for the treatment of significant traumatic brain injury: study protocol for an international randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.
