An Irish patient treated to my clinic..for 10 days with re**al antibiotic +anal heater sessions..very good progression ,,improvement of Chronic Prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain

Hi Dr, I hope you are keeping well, I am good since arriving home, most of my pain has gone with Some abnormal sensation still present in testicles and bladder but not bad. My flow has not changed at all, but going to the toilet a normal amount each day which is good, pain was my main concern and this has improved. My 3 weeks of medication finishes this weekend, should I continue the meds for another week or two as I still have some pain and abnormal sensation or should I leave alone?

Those are 3 antibiotics that i use to treat chr.prost. in early stages..i use them at the same time orally for 3 weeks.and repeat again after 6 weeks...60% of young patiens recover for months or years..the same results and for older seniors which are suffering from prostate hypertrophy..

the protocol how to use those antibiotics oral is as follow---

1--Furaginum 0,05 ...40 tablets ,,2x1 tablet after meal
2--Doxacyclin 0,1 ...20 tablets..1 tablet after lunch
3--metronidazole 0,5 ..20 tablets...1 tablet after lunch
4--cirkan ..suposts 15 pc ...1 supost before sleeping
this supost is very important in treatment of chronic prostatitis ,its contain heparine which is very useful in the improvement of pelvic venous circulation ..

this treatment you can repeat after 1 month rest.

Convecional treatment for chr.prostatitis ...is an antibiotic,choosen by bacterial cultures...urinary or sperm...often this treatment fail to achieve its goal..ciprofloxacin..levofloxacin etcetc..usually are useless
