Meet Manon Verhoeven, our Pediatric Physical Therapist!

Manon has a true passion for helping children move, play, and reach their full potential. With her caring, friendly approach, she creates a fun and supportive environment where children - and their parents - feel comfortable every step of the way.

Meet Jacqueline (Jacky), our Secretary & Planner.

With a strong background as a pharmacy technician and pharmaceutical consultant, Jacqueline is no stranger to the healthcare-world.

After working for many years in a hospital pharmacy in the Netherlands, she moved to Sint Maarten in February 2020, where she previously worked at Cay Hill Pharmacy next to SMMC.

Starting July 1st, 2026, she has brought her organizational skills and healthcare passion to ProPhysio SXM!

Jacqueline's mission is: to handle all the scheduling and administrative tasks so our therapists can focus 100% on patient care.

She is working Mon-Wed-Fri between 7:30 AM and 1:30 PM.

Last week Friday, team ProPhysio SXM came together to say goodbye to our colleague, Danique Kalverda.

After spending the past year with us at ProPhysio, Danique is returning to the Netherlands to begin her next chapter.

Meet our collegue Sebastiaan Hoendervangers, a physiotherapist from the Netherlands who graduated in 2008 and later made the move to St. Maarten to continue his career.

With years of experience in rehabilitation, Sebastiaan has worked closely with patients recovering from major life events, which sparked his passion for prevention and healthier living.

He joined our team in 2022, and in early 2025 he opened the second location in Philipsburg.🎉

Today, he focuses on rehabilitation, recovery, and deep tissue treatments, helping people move freely and live pain-free.
