PARÁLISIS DEL NERVIO ESPINAL ACCESORIO + ASIMETRÍA FACIAL+ DESVIACIÓN DORSAL Y PARED LATERAL 👃.
No todas las narices desviadas son iguales.
En este caso, el desafío iba mucho más allá de corregir una desviación nasal. El paciente presentaba una marcada asimetría facial y una parálisis del nervio espinal accesorio con compromiso del músculo trapecio, lo que agregaba una dificultad extra para lograr una correcta alineación estética y funcional.
Cada milímetro cuenta. En este tipo de cirugías no se busca una simetría perfecta —porque simplemente no existe—, sino conseguir el máximo equilibrio respetando la anatomía de cada paciente.

Not every crooked nose is the same.
In this case, the challenge extended far beyond correcting the nasal deviation. The patient had significant facial asymmetry together with spinal accessory nerve palsy affecting the trapezius muscle, adding another layer of complexity to achieving proper aesthetic and functional alignment.
Every millimeter matters. In these cases, the goal is not perfect symmetry—because it simply doesn’t exist—but the best possible balance while respecting each patient’s unique anatomy.
