You can run 100 kilometers through the mountains and still stop to nurse your baby👏🏻
Stephanie Case proved it at the Ultra-Trail Snowdonia in Wales, covering 100k and 6,500 meters of climbing, while feeding her 6-month-old daughter Pepper three times along the way.
After two miscarriages, IVF, and doubts she'd ever feel like an athlete again, she trained through pregnancy and postpartum, protecting her milk supply while preparing for the race.
She wasn't chasing a win...just the feeling of being an athlete again. But she crossed the finish line as the first woman in 16 hours, 53 minutes.
Her story is proof that motherhood and sport don't just coexist they can fuel each other !!!
AMAZING ❤️
