✨ It’s time for our second installment of Wellness Wednesdays ✨

As most of us are juggling exams, assignments, and busy schedules, today we want to share some insights about Psychological Detachment – or the art of truly switching off from work and study during your free time. 🧠💤 Research shows that taking real mental breaks helps reduce stress, improves well-being, and even boosts focus and productivity for the next day.

Detaching from work or study isn’t always easy, especially when deadlines and notifications keep piling up. But setting boundaries, engaging in enjoyable activities, and allowing yourself mindful breaks can help you recover more effectively and protect your mental health. 💪

Have you tried intentionally disconnecting from your work or study? What helps you recharge? ❤️ Let us know in the comments!

What should we explore next for Wellness Wednesday?

✨We welcome Wellness Wednesdays✨

This series is dedicated to mental health and wellness, by highlighting different challenges and researching possible solutions. 🔍

As most of us are currently preoccupied with exam preparation, we thought that today we should share some basics about Burnout. 📚 Especially health science students have been found to exhibit more psychological symptoms in comparison to non-health science students. 😵‍💫 We do hope you’re taking care of yourself amidst this stressful time! 💪

Have you experienced burnout before? What helped you overcome it? ❤️‍🩹 Kindly let us know!
