you with me? follow along ↓ What is the Dream Life Revolution? To me..

It's a life well lived! In 2014 my dad passed away unexpectedly. In that moment things really changed for me. As many others in my situation have before me, I had the epiphany of how short life is and how our tomorrows are not guaranteed. I decided I would make it a priority to discover and live my "dream life". I learned a few things along the way...

1. TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH

We can't enjoy a

ll the fruits of life if our bodies are sick. Whatever you do get as many fruits and veggies into your body as possible!

2. TAKE CARE OF YOUR MIND

This could easily be looked at as an extension on #1. In our modern days of technology and instant gratification it is sooo important to take time for mental hygiene.

3. CHERISH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY

We are a species that thrives off connection (real life.. in person.. offline connection!). Make spending time with friends and family a priority and cherish every minute of it.

4. AND LASTLY, DO THE THINGS THAT LIGHT YOUR SOUL ON FIRE

For me its yoga, climbing, hiking, and snowboarding.. Ultimately, it's spending time in nature. It really could be anything.. Find out what sets your soul on fire and do as much of it as possible! THIS BRINGS US TO THE DREAM LIFE REVOLUTION:

Taking care of just me isn't enough.. I want to help and inspire as many people as I can to take charge of their lives. I am not a master of everything but there are a few tools in my toolbox I'd love to share:

1. Yoga and Meditation- I have been practicing yoga since I was 17 years old. Yoga has transformed my life and its my honor to be able to share that with others.

2. Health and Nutrition- Like many young women in this day in age I struggled with disordered eating through most of my early 20s.. Although I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone I am grateful for passion for nutrition it ignited within me. I have teamed up with a company who has transformed my health and helped me finally see resolve in my disordered eating to offer guidance/support for others in both bettering their own health and making a living helping others to do the same!

3. Social Media- I am so grateful for this medium of connection. I have met SO many amazing people through my Instagram page. It is my hope to inspire others to carve out a life they love! Are you ready to join the Dream Life Revolution? Sincerely,

Arielle

Things you might see on a 13 mile trail run in Colorado…

Gotta start early and watch the weather because CO weather changes on a dime 😅

Definitely thought this was a bear at first 🐮

Now the trail starts to climb

Peak wildflower season is definitely over but still some good patches

I’m sorry but what? Are you seeing what I’m seeing? 🤯

And more cows… This view is giving “summer in Europe vibes” to me.

My favorite view 🙌🏼

Oh wait, jk this might be my favorite view 🐭 How are they so cute?!

Admittedly I’m not a good “play pretend mom” or “arts and crafts mom” but I am the mom that will find a way to get my 3 year, her balance bike, and my own bike/gear up to the downhill park by myself so she can ride the super beginner trail because she said she’s ready.

I didn’t learn to ride a bike until I was 5 or 6 years old and didn’t start mountain biking until my late 20s so it’s actually crazy to me what these little kids can do at such a young age when you create them environment for them to practice regularly and have fun.

Sharing my passions with my kiddo and seeing her also get excited about them has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done 🥹

25 year old me would have strongly disagreed with this statement but as I approach my late 30s I’m really starting to love “regular life” (with a sprinkle of fun trips mixed in, of course).

What are your thoughts?

If you decide to stay….

Consider unfollowing (haha I know I know) but then REFOLLOWING, especially if you have followed me or any other creators for a long time. IG prioritizes showing you content from people you’ve recently followed, so this helps you actually see more of what you want in your feed.

Next, your attention trains your algorithm.

Watch time and completion rate are the things IG ranks above all. What does this mean? It means how long you watch and if you finish a video. If you like a creator (or even just want to support them) watching their content in full as regularly as possible is hands down the best thing you can do.

But I know life is busy and time is your most valuable asset, so other options are to send the post to someone else you think might resonate with it, to save it, to repost it, and, of course, to like and comment.

Whether you stay or go, thank you so so much for being here. I am grateful for you and wish you the absolute best.

A little Sam Ferguson appreciation post for our anniversary tomorrow (posted while he gets surgery for a broken elbow- poor guy!)

Hot tip: marry your adventure buddy and your whole life gets to be an adventure.

Still can’t believe I moved home over 11 years ago to “see where this might go”. Best. decision. ever.

Who’s with me on number 3?

I know it’s ridiculous but as an outdoor content creator it was unreasonably intimidating for me to film an entire video inside my house. Makes me feel like I’m at the start of journey and not 10 years in 😅

Sometimes the only way to figure out what to do next is to start trying things, so this is me trying…

Who’s with me?
