[Evolving Consciousness - A Meditative Practice KNOWLEDGE - SNEAK PEEK]

Today, our level 3 group learned about the concept of a Crystalline Body and then experienced a Crystalline Body Activation with the help of the Elohim 🥰🤯

The Crystalline Body is a concept in spiritual and metaphysical teachings referring to the transformation of the human body from a carbon-based structure to a higher-frequency crystalline-based structure. This shift is often associated with ascension, DNA activation, and spiritual evolution.

[Have you heard of the Clairs? Let's take a look at Clairsentience]

Clairsentience is where you receive intuitive insight via a physical experience in the body. You have a “gut feeling” or “something doesn’t feel right, and you experience it viscerally as a physical sensation in the body.

The difference between Clairempathy and Clairsentience is that empaths sense the emotion whereas sentients experience the emotion. Empaths sense the energy, but sentients feel the energy. More likely than not, you will experience both of these Clairs together.

In traditional Clair explanations, both of these Clairs are combined and called Clairsentience.
