A subclavian steal syndrome can be diagnosed, quantified & described in carotid ultrasound. In this case we scan a patient with grade II subclavian steal syndrome. Initially we use color Doppler to see how the flow goes and finally pulsed wave Doppler shows the back and forth flow 🔙
