From lying under the gong… to teaching it. 🌕
Yesterday I held my very first Gong Teacher Training at Body Concept Vienna.

A few years ago, I was the one lying there, listening, feeling, changing.

Today I passed this knowledge on.

Every one of us is gold. And like the gong, we each carry our own sound. 💛

Would you like to learn to play the gong?

Comment „GONG“ or send me a DM ✨

Pilates is about moving with intention.
Using props allows us to explore movement in different ways — adding support where it’s needed and challenge where it’s beneficial.
A practice that continues to evolve with you.

Sometimes certain numbers appear when we need a reminder to slow down, reconnect, or trust the process a little deeper ✨

Not every sign asks you to “do more.”
Sometimes it simply invites you to listen inward.
Each number carries a different energy —
grounding, transformation, softness, trust, expansion, release.

The one you feel drawn to the most
might reflect what your body, mind, or nervous system needs right now.
Which one speaks to you today?

Write it in the comments 🤍

MAGICIAN ARCHETYPE ✨

The part of you that already knows.

Knows when something no longer aligns.
Knows how to trust intuition over noise.
Knows that real transformation starts from within.

This session is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about reconnecting with the version of yourself you’ve stopped listening to.

Through movement, sound healing, bodywork and deep inner practices, we explore the energy of the Magician:
intuition, awareness, vision and inner shifts.

A space to slow down,
feel deeper
and hear yourself again.
