"a space to meet yourself"
Willkommen bei Caro und Astrid
in unserer kleinen, friedlichen Oase mitte

…
Als Ergänzung zur regelmäßigen Yogapraxis bieten wir Shiatsu Behandlungen
und Thai Nuad Körperarbeit an.

In Daoism and the Traditional Chinese
Medicine, the season of AUTUMN is associated with the element of metal.

The white tiger being the spirit animal of
metal, representing the spirit Po, which can be described as the physical spirit.
The white tiger stands for spiritual and physical cleanliness. It protects us against diseases and negative energies, ghosts, demons and bad thoughts.

The white tiger reminds us that in order to be light footed we have to shed what is no longer useful on our journey.

To get in tune with Po you should get in touch with your breath and body and quite literally shake off all the burdensome baggage and tension stored in your neck,
arms shoulders, legs.

You can wear white and smudge your rooms with camphor and white sage. You can enjoy the clarity of cool fresh air
filling your lungs while you take a walk, jog or exercise outside.
You can also make a list of what and who you no longer want in your life and what false self-beliefs you will rather shed. Po's claws are sharp like a knife and they can cut all that is unnecessary and unhealthy out of your life.

To have positivity, new impulses, love and happiness enter your life it is often necessary to make space and shed a
little skin here and there. If you like to follow the flow of nature, autumn is the best time to do this. It is the time to drop and let go, like the leaves falling to the ground it is a
time to regroup and restructure and most of all to breathe!

I’m feeling grateful and honoured for meeting and doing shiatsu treatments with the most extraordinary, amazing and special people of the planet at

is communication without words, the art of touch that goes way beyond the physical body that tells a story, that is very often not paid attention to in the ordinary world.
