“I stretch every day but I still feel tight.”
We hear this all the time.
The truth is that feeling tight doesn’t always mean you need more stretching. Sometimes your body needs strength, mobility, better movement habits, or a combination of all three.
Stretching is valuable—but only when it’s part of a bigger picture.
