Blessed to be able to be visiting my ancestral home of Kythera for a few weeks 🇬🇷💙🤍 🙏. So much beauty in the rugged landscape & beautiful beaches. 1. Sitting at Aphrodites Throne.

5. Vitex agnus-cactus grows prolifically on the island. A herb I use often to help re-balance hormones.

6. Thyme - growing out of the rocks

8. Wild Fennel everywhere! 🌿

12. The beautiful waterfalls

13. Finding space

14. Even had a variety of Hypericum (St. John’s Wort) growing in the garden until the neighbour pulled it out 😩)
