If you’ve just started running and your knees hurt, don’t assume running is the problem.
For many new runners, knee pain comes from doing too much too soon, without giving the body the strength and capacity to handle the load.
Strength training is one of the best ways to prepare your muscles, tendons and joints for running. Building stronger glutes, quads, calves and core can improve your running efficiency and help reduce your risk of injury.
Running shouldn’t be something you have to push through in pain.
If you’re new to running, returning after injury, or you’re tired of the injury cycle, our Run Ready program is designed for you.
