Cardio? HA… perhaps not. 😂

Look, don’t get us wrong, cardio has its place… but around here we love a heavy deadlift and some squats, all aimed at getting our healthy dose of strength 💪🏽

Strength training isn’t just for the look, it’s for:
• building muscle
• improving bone density
• reducing aches and pains
• keeping you stronger as you age

So if you’ve been thinking about starting a strength program, or needed a sign that cardio isn’t the answer to all your problems… here it is 👀
